The Rayaup canyon is a short and suitable adventure for kiddies!

Meet us at 9:30am or 2:00pm on the parking lot Tour de Robion, 2 km out of Castellane (See access map).

The guide will be there to welcome you and to hand out the equipment.

When everybody is ready, a short walk down (about 15 mn) will take us to the creek, where the guide will explain to you the technics to move in this particular environment.

Many natural slides are waiting for us, as well as one abseil down with rope (!).

We follow the pace of the kiddies, who are the kings of this outing. We will make sure the kids will enjoy this canyon, to be ready to face some more challenging ones when they grow up!

A 10 mn walk back would take us out of the canyon.

Price and booking

  • Discovery trip (total length of the activity: 2h30)

  • June to September.

IMPORTANT:

  • The activity relies on favorable weather conditions. In the event of heavy rainfall, the canyon may be flooded rapidly. For this reason, in case of high risks of rain, the guides reserve the right to postpone the outing.

Conditions for participation

  • No previous experience is necessary
  • Minimum age: 8 (at the guide’s discretion)
  • Being able to swim is mandatory
  • Things to bring:
    • Swimming costume
    • Closed sport shoes (trainers)
    • Towel
    • String for glasses
    • Please note: canyoning shoes can be rented for 5 Euros/pair, from size 37.

  • Individual equipment adapted to the activity:
    • Full-body wetsuit
