GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Participation

For all the activities, we ask that all participants read and approve the safety conditions below.
We remind you that:

• being able to swim is essential for all the white water activities as well as for the canyoning,
• a written permission of the parents is compulsory for anyone under 18, whatever activity is chosen,
• the feasibility of the outdoor activities is subject to the guide's appreciation of the weather conditions and of the participants' physical condition.

Reservation procedures

For all our programmes, booking can be made on the spot according to availability. However, we advise you to place a written booking request accompanied by a non-refundable payment of 30 % of the total price of the activity.

The balance must reach us 15 days prior to the date of the beginning of the activity. All bookings will only be effective after the acceptance and validation of the written booking request accompanied by the corresponding deposit and will be confirmed to you by return of post in the form of an activity form.

If the balance has not reached us 15 days prior to the date of the activity, ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to cancel the booking without compensation.

In the context of the booking for a group, or for several people, the subscriber promises to make these conditions known and have them approved by all the participants, and to provide them with the literature about the package.

Cancellation

For any partial or full cancellation, the 30 % deposit will not be refunded. For any cancellation of individuals on an fully paid for activity (30 % deposit + 70 % within 15 day of the date of the activity), the 70 % can be returned to you if ABOARD Rafting is informed 7 days before the date of the activity.

Special cancellation condition

ABOARD Rafting reserves the right to modify the outdoor programmes for reasons of physical condition of the participants, safety, floods, or any case of absolute necessity.

Under these conditions, replacement trips will be organized without any possible request for compensation on the part of the participants.

If ABOARD Rafting is obliged to cancel a trip for whatever reason, the participants will be fully reimbursed without any possible claim for further compensation.

In the case of weekend or week-long packages, the company obliges itself to inform the participants about the cancellation 8 days before the beginning of the activities.

Insurance

ABOARD Rafting 's activities are covered by a civil liability insurance (RAQVAM contract n° 3160732 D).
More information concerning this insurance can be provided upon request.
